The Vault can offer an exchange or store credit note on all items if returned in the same condition they were sold within 14 days of purchase or 5 days of receipt. The Vault is not responsible for the costs associated with the return of an item.
In the unlikely event that any of our items have a major fault or if they don’t match up to the description of goods purchased, we will offer a refund or repair or exchange or store credit note. Please contact us as soon as possible after receipt of the good.
Should you require additional time to consider an item and do not wish to miss out on should it sell, you are welcome to request a hold on an item for an agreed period of time with The Vault Sydney.
Some items due to their demand may not be able to be placed on hold.

Goods on Approval
We understand that some times the only way to truly grasp whether you wish to purchase an item is to try it in your home amongst your own items and architecture. If you wish to try an item in your home, please contact the Vault. In all cases the buyer is responsible for safe delivery of the item and its return in the case of the item not being approved for sale. Other conditions apply.
