An Italian Louis XVI Period Giltwood Double Framed Mirror
The original mirror plate is framed within a carved band in a satin and burnished finish and an elegant mirror plate border with exquisite giltwood floral carvings and rosettes at the corners. At the bottom are fine scrolled feet with foliate movements leading up the side. Above is the removable sensational pierced top crown that displays wonderful foliate designs and carved gadrons with a top floral arrangement.
