A Victorian black lacquer papier-mâché tray of rectangular proportions with scalloped edges. The centre of the tray is painted with sprays flowers, the edge being decorated with gilt flourishes. The Tray raised on a faux black lacquer bamboo stand with gilt highlights

The lacquer has a lovely crackled finish to it.
