A pair of late 19th Century French Os de Mouton side
chairs Circa: 1870-1890.
The shape of these chairs best known from the Louis XIII period, derives its name from the shape of the stretchers, in reference to sheep’s horns. Newly upholstered in plain textured coarse weave fabric, with variegated cotton ribbon and dispersed studs.
