A Spanish Parcel-Gilt Wrought Iron Table Lamp, Mid-20th Century
The slender stem features a hand-hammered surface and rises from a tripod of tapering, splayed legs with flattened paddle feet. At the top, a dish bobèche with a softly scalloped rim sits beneath a gilt cup and an amber-toned simulated candle sleeve with a dripped-wax finish. Gilt over a dark ground, the surface shows gentle wear across the hammered texture, adding variation to the finish and highlighting the leaf details.
